Return Policy
Return Conditions
Return Acceptance: Items with quality defects (test report or photo evidence required). Unused, unopened, and non-resalable items can be returned within 3 days of receipt (excluding special items such as custom items).
Exemptions: Items that have exceeded the return period, have been used, or are damaged; and custom items (such as those with engraving or special sizes).
Return Process
Request Review: Contact customer service to submit a return request, providing your order number, a description of the product problem, and photo evidence. The review result will be notified by email within 7 business days.
Returning Products: After approval, the product must be returned to the designated address within 7 days (the address will be emailed). Please retain the tracking number for tracking purposes.
Refund Method and Time
Refund Method: Refund via the original payment method (bank card/third-party payment platform)
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after qualified inspection (bank account transfer time may increase).
Shipping Responsibility
Quality Issues: BlessingHut will cover the return shipping costs (receipt of shipping fee is required).
Non-Quality Issues: Customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
Product Condition Requirements
Returns must include the original packaging, accessories, labels, and gifts. Otherwise, returns may be rejected or a fee may be charged.
