RETURN POLICY

Return & Shipping Policy

Production & Shipping Timeline:
All products are handmade to order. Normal production takes 14–28 days, and once completed, items will be shipped within 3–5 days. If you have any questions about your order at any stage—even before shipping—please contact us promptly.

Return Conditions:

Returns are only accepted for items that are defective or damaged. Please provide photo evidence along with your return request.

Since all products are custom-handmade upon order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or buyer’s remorse, and shipping costs are not covered.

Requests for returns must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

Return Process:

Contact customer service with your order number, product issue, and photos.

If approved, return the item to the address provided by email. Please include a tracking number for reference.

Refund Method & Time:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing takes up to 14 business days after the returned item passes inspection.

Product Condition for Returns:

Returned items must include original packaging, accessories, labels, and any gifts.

Returns missing required components may be rejected or partially refunded.

Shipping Responsibility:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, as we do not provide free return shipping.
