Return & Shipping Policy
Handmade Product Notice
All of our lamps are handcrafted individually using natural materials.
As a result, minor variations in color, grain, texture, finish, and proportions are normal and expected, and do not constitute defects or product damage.
Product photos are for reference only and may not represent the exact item received.
Production & Shipping Timeline
All products are handmade to order.
Shipping time after completion: 3–5 business days
If you have any questions about your order at any stage—including before shipping—please contact us promptly.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
• The item arrives physically damaged during transit, or
• The item has a functional defect that prevents normal use
The following are NOT considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund:
• Color tone differences
• Finish, texture, or wood grain variations
• Differences from photos caused by lighting or screen settings
• Artistic or handmade characteristics
• Personal preference or change of mind
Return Request Timeframe
Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery, along with clear photo or video evidence showing the issue.
Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted.
Return Process
Email customer service with your order number, description of the issue, and photos/videos.
If approved, a return address will be provided by email.
Returned items must be shipped with a valid tracking number.
Unapproved returns or returns without tracking may not be processed.
Product Condition for Returns
Returned items must be:
• Unused
• Uninstalled
• In original packaging
• Including all accessories, components, labels, and gifts
Items showing signs of use, installation, modification, or missing parts may be rejected or partially refunded.
Refund Method & Processing Time
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item.
Inspection and refund processing may take up to 14 business days after receipt.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
